Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Goodyear

I had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Goodyear last week. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculately clean the entire property was. The lobby, hallways, and my room were all spotless and well-maintained. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, with both hot and cold options available. Everything was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order waffles and the variety of fresh fruits. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the strong, quiet air conditioning given the Arizona heat. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Goodyear exceeded my expectations in every way, from cleanliness to customer service to the quality of their complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Goodyear area.

The hotel itself was nice, and staff was helpful. After we moved rooms for our second night, all was well. The handicapped (wheelchair accessible room) was on the third floor, which doesn't make sense for an emergency. What does one do if elevators are out of commission?

My husband and I just wanted to get away for a few days. I booked a standard king room. The room was very clean and in good order. Nothing broken and well kept. There was a microwave, small fridge and coffee machine already in the room, no extra cost. The breakfast was very tasty and a good assortment for everyone. You can tell they take pride in their kitchen. There are several restaurants both walking and driving distance. The receptionist was very helpful, courteous and checked on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The Bible museum on site was an added bonus. Very interesting and informative. I bought a few items as well. All and all we had a great time. Thank you all.

The nighttime front desk worker was so nice and he was super welcoming. Everything was sparkling clean as well and the AC was strong.

Location was wonderful. Awesome Breakfast. Pool was way too green for my girls to swim. Need to check pool for chemicals that are off. The pool needs to be cleaner and more blue color.
